APPLICATION

Soak a cotton pad, then lightly sweep the pad over face, eyes and lips without pressing down or rubbing vigorously. Repeat the process with another soaked cotton pad until there is no visible trace of impurity or makeup on the pad. Dab to dry: do not rinse.
